Definitions and terminology

Words starting with a capital letter are considered to be a specific terminology in connection with website.

"User" refers to anyone visiting the Website.

"Users" refers to all the visitors of the Website.

"Site Owner" the owner and operator of the website and it's services.

"Project" refers to the Agile Apps product suite.

"Crowdfunding" refers to the act of an individual or organisation financially supporting the Project.

This page describes the Terms and Conditions of supporting Agile Apps. By opting in to supporting the project and it's development you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document.

The Project is currently in early development, as such, this document does not cover terms of the finished Project.

Crowdfunding terms

Supporting the project via Crowdfunding is not eligible for a refund.
