Estimate tasks in a gamified way using Story Points.
"How long will it take?" One of the most tricky questions of all when it comes to estimating tasks. A better approach is instead of using time as the measure for a task's completion we use Story Points.
Story Points are the measure of complexity of a task relative to others. By using Story Points for a few weeks (instead of time-based estimates) your team can come up with a fairly accurate representation of what type of task is more or less complex compared to others.
